“Teaching children civic responsibility skills through the lens of nature.”

Rooted is an educational, after-school program that is targeted to children in grades 1-5 and we were focused on teaching them civic responsibility skills through the lens of nature.

This project was done in collaboration with the neighborhood of Kingsessing, Empower CDC, the Landscape Architecture program at Thomas Jefferson University, as well as two other graphic designers.

I was largely responsible for working the concept and deliverables for 1st graders, as well as handling photoshop renders and working with our landscape architect on playground layouts.
